I started having severe pain in my hands and wrists after an injury in November 2005. It gradually spread up my arms and into my shoulders and neck over the course of a year, and in the meantime I had seen three doctors, none of which were able to help me. "While working at my computer, I had developed a bad habit of sitting propped on my right hip and leaning on the arm of the desk chair. The result was a terrible misalignment of my pelvis and a painful pinching of the sciatic nerve in my left leg. Dynamic Chiropractic diagnosed the problem and set me up with a program of chiropractic adjustment, specialized exercise, and massage therapy. Within two weeks, the terrible cramping in my leg was gone. After four weeks, my back and leg pain were gone altogether.
